Photo was taken at night, 6 second exposure f/4.5, can't remember the rest of the settings since I was walking back from taking random photos and slightly disappointed that nothing good was coming up, just happened to stop near the bike rails near the SJSU/MLK Jr. library on San Fernando St. and thought this would make for a nice shot.
